2020 has been a year of changes, work and results that have allowed everyone to show their abilities, acquire new knowledge and experiences both in work, professional and personal life.
 
At XETID we can proudly affirm that this has been the year where we managed, together with other entities, to work throughout the country to offer Cubans the possibilities of:
 
  1. Carry out online procedures for the Civil Status Registry with a digital signature and receive them on the same day in more than 200 offices throughout the country.
  2. Digitize more than half a million pages in the volumes of the unified registry, with the scanners and system created in XETID.
  3. Guarantee operational and secure access to the data of the Single Citizen Record. Manage companies more effectively, with the possibility of telecommuting, with the assembly of DISTRA in several companies, including ours.
  4. Generate savings and operability in business management from the digitization of processes with digital signature in XETID and ECM Mariel.
  5. Make electronic payments in more than 5,400 establishments (wineries, butchers, shops, markets,...) without the country having to import POS, or install networks in the facilities.
  6. Put more than 20 businesses with virtual stores and provide services to state and private entities, which offer services for Water and Sanitation, Pets, Bookstores, restaurants, crafts.   10. Quickly and safely access the WEB sites for WELFARE, ENZONA, ministerial portals and DISTRA services, from our data infrastructures, 24 hours a day.
For everything done by you, the company has received three categories and responsibilities with the WELFARE platforms for public records, FICHA ÚNICA and ENZONA; based on resolutions of the Minister of Justice and the Minister President of the Central Bank of Cuba, for its development and operation in Cuba; and as a shareholder of the Technological Science Park of Matanzas.
 
With all these results, we have contributed to the priorities for the computerization of the country and supported social isolation measures by increasing the options for online procedures, purchases, and payments, which reduce the need for transportation and physical contact with money.
